Heat your wok on a high heat and add half the sunflower oil. Then, add the spring onions, garlic, red chilli and ginger and cook for two minutes, stirring continuously.
Add the Apetina® Paneer and cook for five minutes, or until golden. Remove everything from the pan onto a plate and set aside.
Add the remaining sunflower oil and fry the mushrooms, mange tout, broccoli and pak choi. Stir fry for five minutes or until the vegetables are cooked through. Return the Apetina® Paneer to the pan and add the hoisin, soy sauce and sesame oil. Stir through and serve with noodles
