Give the beets that extra little touch by adding beetroot sprouts before serving.
Preheat your oven to 225°C/ 200°C fan/ gas mark 7.
Rinse well, or peel the red and yellow beets.
Half the largest beets. Place on a non-stick baking tray and mix with vegetable oil, salt and pepper. Place the tray in oven and roast for 40 minutes until tender. Stir once during this time.
Cut the roasted beets into chunks as per your liking. Crumble with Apetina® Classic Creamy Block and serve directly.
